Abstract

This article brings together aspects of the current situation in Tourism Maritime ports of the Cities that participated in the season 2014 - 2015 Cruises in South America, analyzing possible solutions and innovations to better serve everyone involved in this operation, following some situations and experiences development of a logistics case study which makes a comparison to other studies and related research, and also explore new opportunities.
