Abstract

The exceptional situation in the world due to the Covid-19 pandemic requires that management leadership and the sustainability of organizations are very dynamic in terms of their ability to adapt or even maintain their characteristics and functions. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to show how organizational leaders worked with the concept of adapted sustainability during the Covid-19 pandemic. The specific objectives were: to support the concept of sustainable development, sustainable and literature-based organizational processes and management in particular; provide a forecast for leadership and resilience research in the age of Covid-19 and; to investigate the impact of the pandemic  on management and sustainable development of companies The methodological research process  of this work consisted of a qualitative field study with a structured questionnaire consisting of ten multiple-choice questions, in which 12 (twelve) companies answered about management and responsibility. . Sustainability during socio-economic changes caused by the pandemic. The research findings showed that companies are concerned about maintaining or improving management and sustainable practices to face the socio-economic adversities caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, trying to strengthen the internal environment and adapt to the external environment.

Master in Public Policy from the University of Mogi das Cruzes/SP, developing the "Entrepreneurial Education Program" as the basis for the dissertation "PROGRAMS THAT ENCOURAGE YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND PROTAGONISM". Projects carried out: (01) FUTURE ENTREPRENEURS GROUP (2005/present). (02) START PROJECT - Entrepreneurial Education being implemented at the Federal Institute (Suzano Campus). (03) EDUCATIONAL ENTREPRENEUR PROJECT in partnership with the Department of Economic Development, Science, Technology, and Innovation of the state of São Paulo, together with the Sub-Secretariat for Entrepreneurship and Micro and Small Business of the State of São Paulo, Paula Souza Center, Inova Paula Souza, and other private institutions (2016). Graduated in Business Administration; Specialist in Strategic Business Management, Project Management, and Public Management. Teaching at the Federal Institute - IFSP - Suzano Campus; working in Undergraduate/Graduate courses - Management and Logistics. Coordinator of Entrepreneurial Education incentive projects - Start Project (2018-2019). Worked at FMU - Metropolitan United Colleges, as a lecturer in the Postgraduate program (2017 - present). (15) Twelve years of experience in face-to-face and distance technical education in the areas of Management and Logistics, working at the Paula Souza Center (Capital (2014-2015) and the city of Avaré (2010-2011)). At SENAI - National Service for Industrial Apprenticeship - Units in the cities of Ourinhos and Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo (Interior-SP - 2007-2011). In parallel, developing projects for the Social Assistance and Education Secretariats of the Municipalities of São Paulo - Interior/Vale do Paranapanema (2005-2011), implemented by Law in the municipal councils of Timburi/SP, Sarutaiá/SP (in 2009). With the FUTURE ENTREPRENEURS GROUP project, he develops lectures, seminars, workshops, courses, workshops, fairs, and forums in schools/colleges and companies/society - with the objective of encouraging/inspiring and developing entrepreneurial behavior and Youth Protagonism.
